MotorSync is a fleet management platform that helps Fleet Owners track vehicles, maintenance schedules, service requests, and expenses, and connects them with Mechanic professionals. MotorSync is a software platform only — it is not a repair provider and does not employ or certify mechanics.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding contracts in your jurisdiction. By creating an account you represent that this is true. Accounts are for individual use and may not be shared.
You are responsible for maintaining accurate account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree not to share your password or permit unauthorized access. You must notify MotorSync immediately of any suspected breach.
Fleet Owners are responsible for the accuracy of vehicle information, mileage records, maintenance data, and any other content they enter or upload. MotorSync stores and presents this data but does not independently verify it.
MotorSync facilitates connections between Fleet Owners and Mechanics but is not a party to any service arrangement. Mechanics are independent service providers, not employees or agents of MotorSync. Fleet Owners and Mechanics are solely responsible for agreeing on, performing, and paying for any services.
Service Requests, Service Records, diagnoses, and completion notes are records created by platform users. MotorSync does not certify the accuracy or completeness of any service record. These records are provided as a convenience and do not constitute a warranty or guarantee of work performed.
Expense records and reports in MotorSync are for informational and organizational purposes only. They are not accounting records, tax records, or audited financial statements. You should not rely on MotorSync data for financial, tax, or legal compliance without independent verification.
Paid plans are billed on the cycle you select (monthly or annual) and renew automatically unless cancelled. Prices are shown in USD. MotorSync uses Stripe for payment processing; your payment information is held by Stripe and never stored on MotorSync servers.
Where a free trial is offered, it begins on the date you activate it and ends on the date specified at checkout. After the trial ends, your account reverts to the Free plan unless you have entered payment information and a paid subscription is active.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your plan remains active through the end of the current billing period. After expiration, a grace period applies as described in your plan documentation. Data is never deleted solely because of a plan downgrade; excess vehicles become read-only.
You agree not to use MotorSync to: transmit unlawful, harmful, or deceptive content; circumvent security or access controls; reverse-engineer the platform; scrape data without authorization; or interfere with other users' access. MotorSync reserves the right to suspend accounts that violate this policy.
You retain ownership of content you upload (vehicle photos, attachments, business logos). By uploading content you grant MotorSync a limited license to store and display it to provide the service. You must not upload content that infringes third-party rights or violates applicable law. Prohibited content includes copyrighted material uploaded without authorization, illegal content, and personal data of third parties without consent.
MotorSync strives for high availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Scheduled maintenance windows will be announced where practicable. MotorSync is not liable for losses resulting from downtime, delays, or data unavailability.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, MotorSync shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service. This section is subject to review and approval by qualified legal counsel before the production release.
MotorSync may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through Settings. Account data is retained for a recovery period as described in our Privacy Policy before permanent deletion.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Disputes shall be resolved in the jurisdiction specified by MotorSync at the time of the dispute, subject to review by legal counsel.
MotorSync may update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or in-app notification. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
